New electric buses introduced to reduce CO2 and support employees

As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce Hiddenfjord’s carbon footprint and support sustainable operations, we have launched a new electric bus initiative for employee transport.

Two electric buses have been operating for the past few months, driving employees to and from our production facility in Sørvágur. The primary goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, but the initiative also helps decrease car congestion and provides employees with a more convenient and cost-effective commuting option.

The feedback from employees has been overwhelmingly positive. The buses have quickly become a reliable and appreciated part of the daily schedule.
