Hiddenfjord’s Recent Trade Show Journey
In recent months, Hiddenfjord has had the privilege of attending some of the world’s most prestigious seafood trade shows, showcasing our premium salmon products. These events have provided invaluable opportunities to meet new customers, strengthen relationships with current ones, and share the Hiddenfjord story on a global stage.
April: SEG 2024 in Barcelona
In April, we attended SEG 2024 in Barcelona, where seafood professionals from around the world gathered to network. This annual show always serves as a great opportunity to present our premium salmon to customers from around the world.
May: National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago & SIAL in Shanghai
May took us to two global events: the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago and SIAL in Shanghai. At the Chicago event, we connected with leading chefs, restaurateurs, and foodservice experts from the US, showcasing our products in a highly competitive market. Simultaneously, SIAL Shanghai gave us a platform to present our frozen vacuum-packed salmon product to the Asian market. We believe there is great potential in our frozen product and are pleased to see how well this market has developed in recent months.
June: Seoul Food, South Korea
In June, we headed to South Korea for Seoul Food, one of Asia’s largest food industry exhibitions. Here, we met with key stakeholders in the South Korean market.
August: World Seafood Shanghai
In August, we returned to Shanghai for the World Seafood Shanghai show. We attended this show together with a valued customer and were able to assist them in talking to their customers about Hiddenfjord salmon.
September: Customer Shows Across the U.S.
September has been a busy month with customer shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Florida. These smaller, more focused customer events gave us the chance to engage directly with our customers’ clients and showcase our products. It’s always rewarding to see the enthusiasm for our salmon and hear firsthand feedback from both our customers and our customer’s clients.
Attending these trade shows and customer events has allowed Hiddenfjord to grow its presence globally, build meaningful relationships, raise brand awareness and introduce our brand to new markets.
We look forward to continuing this journey and meeting more of our customers in the months to come.
