Hiddenfjord makes debut at trade show in South Korea

We made our inaugural appearance at a trade show in South Korea in late May. The event, in partnership with Nema Seafood, proved to be an excellent platform for us to introduce our premium pre-rigor frozen fillets to a wide range of prospective customers.

Attendees were given the chance to taste sashimi made from Hiddenfjord salmon.

Since eliminating all air freight in 2020, we have exclusively sold frozen fillets to Asia, as it takes too long to transport fresh salmon by boat to the Far East. We see great potential in servicing this part of the world with our high-quality frozen fillets.
